I went to view a Jaguar F-Type and left with a fantastic impression this dealership and Mark.

In the end this wasn't the right car for me (car was lovely and well presented, just not quite the right fit on this occasion), but I'd happily buy a car from LRC.
Mark was fantastic and went well out of his way to accomodate us, I'd be more than happy to buy a car from him and I'll be coming back in future to review LRC's stock when I'm ready for the next car.

Nothing is too much trouble. The whole team are friendly and helpful.
We have been taking our car to them since we moved to the area two and a half years ago.
We had a problem with our car recently which needed to be dealt with quickly.
Once again Carol got us booked in the next day, arranged a courtesy car and the car was fixed the following morning!

Excellent service and technical knowledge, and less expensive than a Land Rover main dealer

I have used LRC for around 15 years. They have always been exceedingly helpful and have gone above and beyond to assist with any and all difficulties I have experienced with my Range Rovers.

This includes my latest difficulty that, despite having been to two Range Rover main dealerships, one in France and one in Austria, the problem was unresolved. However, one, relatively short, visit to LRC and the problem is resolved.

I cannot recommend LRC high enough. They are friendly, efficient and reliable.

This place helped me get the perfect car for me and my family!
From start to finish this was just a perfect process for us.
Upon arrival we had the pleasure of meeting Mark who then assisted us at our own speed to look at and then test drive the car we wanted with NO pushy dealership tactics!

He gave us the keys, helped us look around and simply said to give him a shout if we needed anything and left us to it.
When we said yes and wanted to purchase, Mark was fast with updates on what was happening with the vehicle and also answered any questions I needed answering.
In the short time between purchasing and collecting the car it was a smooth and easy process.

Upon arrival for collection of the car they had already sorted and put my private reg on the car as well, speeding up the process even more, it was perfection!
Couldn't have asked for a better service.
I just want to say thank you to Mark and the team for such an easy process in buying a new car, I would highly recommend anyone going here.

Wow, what a decent, honest and truly respectful garage, Mark and his son Were fantastic to deal with. We purchased a Discovery for my daughter that wanted a couple of changes to the car before she collected yesterday, as promised, Mark had these sorted to a very high standard.
Mark was really honest from the start and explained the minor fault in the car and reassured us that this would be fixed once the part arrived in stock, which it was. Having bought over 50 cars in the last 35 years, by far this is the best experience, even outdoing the likes of Mercedes main dealer. Mark and his son, and I'm sure all of the staff at LRC have retained the good old fashioned customer service, so very rare to see these days!

This company and the staff are always so helpful. We had a bit of an emergency where the car was stuck in the miskÄ™ of the road and Rich talked my husband through how to put it into neutral so that we could at least get it to a safe place. We then arranged a repair as a matter of urgency and of course they came through for us. The part was ordered and fitted at home 2 days later. Thankyou to both Alex and a Carol for your assistance in this. We really wouldn't go anywhere else for our Range Rover, which incidentally, we bought from Mark at LRC and our experience of the sale was 2nd to none too. Love this business. They are a great team.

What can I say about LRC and inparticular Mark, other than you are all stars. I was left looking for a new car at short notice following my previous car being an insurance write off. Thankfully I had made a decision on an FL2. Having scoured the internet I found what I hoped to be the right car here (HSE Lux). Contacted LRC and spoke with Mark, who told me about the car and sent me an indepth video (warts n all). Not being local,. Mark arranged for car to be prepped (including wheels sorted (graphite grey powder coated look immense)) and for me to travel down on Saturday. Upon arrival Mark showed me around the car and listed everything done to it.
Having seen and driven car, I was more than happy to part with my cash (warranty included).
Having had the car for just over a week (400 + miles done). I can say the after sales service as been brilliant (sorry I keep wapp you Mark) as, as been driving the car. Even the wife and kids love it.

We have used LRC for some time and always received excellent service. They know Land Rover inside and out - arguably better than the main dealerships. We had our electronic handbrake stuck on. They came and moved the car on a weekend so we could get our other cars off the drive then arranged collection on the next day. The car has been returned having had a few other repairs completed and it drives like a dream again. Can't rate them highly enough. Good prices and excellent service all round!

My experience with LRC was everything I'd hoped for and more..... I drove over 50 miles to view a vehicle, (Hopeing it would be exactly what I had viewed from the pictures) After speaking with LRC on the phone, I decided to go it alone calling a few times for confirmation of directions, felt comfortable and safe to go they were so helpful. It was also a diifcult time with COVID on the rise as well. I test drove the vehicle on my own, leaving my vehicle for inspection and was offered a fair trade price for my own vehcle, the decision to purchase the car was instant and I arranged to collect it taxed. MOT'd the following week. The change over was so straight forward, when I arrived it was waiting for me and I just signed a few papers and left with my lovely car, and 3 months later still pleased and so happy with service I had and the car is a dream, would not hesitate in recommending them enougth.

Also, Alex is a real pleasure to speak to/deal with and explain things really well, this has helped immensely with the spacer mods etc. It also makes a massive change to deal with a company who really understands Land Rovers and clearly understand what questions are asked etc â€" great customer service!

I had been looking around for a Freelander 2 for a while when I happened upon LRC whilst driving past. I had always perceived their prices as a little higher than other garages and that had put me off. Dropped in and discovered a business that takes pride in customer service and actually does exactly what they promise (and more). No trying to pull the wool over your eyes with the usual tedious sales techniques... Mark and his team really know their stuff and are genuine. OK, you pay a little more but for that you get peace of mind.
My Freelander 2 had a couple of small issues which were fixed very quickly and smoothly.
I would have no doubts in recommending LRC to others and indeed buying from them again.
Good to find a car dealer that cares.

Took my landrover to LRC after 2 other garages had failed to diagnose correct fault (and charged me for the pleasure 🤔)
LRC told me the problem that needed fixing after giving them a brief description of issues over the phone. The vehicle was fixed the following day, ending months of misery for me.
They are reasonably priced, provide excellent customer service, they can provide you with a courtesy car or they have even given me a lift home and picked me back up again when my car was fixed.
